Gonzalo experienced the sale, purchase and merger of his own companies, as an

Pierre Bélanger is a graduate from HEC Montreal with
more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations and business
development. He has held executive positions in finance, operations and
business development in the manufacturing sector. Pierre has been an active
member of the Québec Accord Committee and President of Applied Technologies,
Niche, from 2007 to 2011 to support business growth, entrepreneurship, science
and innovation as part of Quebec Government’s regional development efforts
favoring economic development in every region of the country.
With his diversified experience, Pierre provides
consultation and support services with regard to management strategies and
finance. He supports companies in the development of their business plans and in
the establishment of strategic partnerships.
Moreover, he provides consultancy
and support services to business owners during business transfer processes, which
includes conducting diagnostic analyses.
Furthermore, Pierre supports buyers during the
business acquisition process by conducting financial and operational analyses, including
the due diligence process. He can act as a facilitator during the exchanges
between a buyer and seller. He can also support buyers to set up their
financial structure as well as the transaction’s financing.
When required, he
supports buyers with post-acquisition activities to ensure a smooth transition with
respect to the current operations. He also supports them with their business
development activities to ensure the success of the business acquisition.
With more than 30 years of experience in senior
management, consultation and entrepreneurial services, Art has worked in companies
as a buyer or seller, improving their operations and processes, resulting in
maximized returns. His clients include companies dealing with industrial and
consumer products, financial services, healthcare and retail. Prior to his successful
consulting career, Art spent 13 years with General Electric Company (GE) where
he developed the necessary skills to become a senior leader to lead businesses
in finance, IT and quality. He brought this expertise to his consulting
practice, thereby helping large multinational corporations change their
cultures to focus on bringing about continuous improvement.
Moreover, he has
supported a number of small- and medium-size businesses in their restructuring
and growth initiatives. Art successfully completed GE’s prestigious Financial
Management Program, which is considered to be equivalent to obtaining an
Executive MBA from GE University. He also graduated from Concordia University
with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance, with a minor in
Managerial Law. Art is a Certified Business Broker, Value Builder, and Six
Sigma Master Black Belt. Buying or

the Executive Committee of the company, Annie contributed during the course of
her mandate by carrying out mergers and acquisitions initiatives aimed at
consolidating business strategies. Since then, she has been working as a
consultant in organizational development for almost 15 years now.
Over the last
few years, she has conducted several interventions in large public and private
organizations, service and manufacturing SMEs and non-profit organizations. She
is known for her keen business sense, her concrete systemic approach, her
concern for people and her keen sense of listening.
Having accumulated several thousand hours of
management coaching with professionals, executives and specialists in the field
of human resources and with business owners, Annie has obtained a training in
coaching from a recognized school. She also holds a PCC (Professional Certified
Coach) certification and is a member of the International Coach Federation
(ICF) and ICF Québec.
is a finance professional and has more than 40 years of experience in consultation and special mandates, with companies from all sectors. He has spent most of his career working with international accounting firms. François successfully completed many mandates assessing companies on behalf of financial institutions or other stakeholders. Repeatedly, he participated in M&A transactions on behalf of buyers as well as sellers. At present, François serves as a member of committees of appropriations for private lenders and is a part of a public company’s Board of Directors. He also acts as an advisor for local entrepreneurs.
